1. Decrease wear and tear on the air compressor components, capacity control system, and motor
2. Reduce excessive air compressor cycling
3. Eliminate pulsations on the air discharge line
4. Due to air expansion and cooling within the Vessel, the Receiver will separate a portion of moisture, oil, and solid particles that might be present in the air.
5. Air Receiver offers additional storage capacity to be utilized in case of additional demand and/or electrical outage
6. Wide range of models, to handle storage capacities from 20 Litres up to 5000 Litres
7. Competitive Pricing. Minimal operating/maintenance costs.

Air receivers are pressure vessels used for compressed air storage. This equipment is recommended to be used in all compressed air systems. DELTA Air Receivers are designed as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1 Code. Our Air receivers always meet or exceed this code.
DELTA Compressed Air Receivers: 1000 Litre Capacity
DELTA Air Receivers: are equipped with a safety valve, which is set at a pressure lower than the design pressure but at a higher pressure than the operating pressure. The safety valve protects against excessive pressure buildup within the Air Receiver. DELTA Air Receivers are also equipped with a drain valve to eliminate accumulated moisture. Further, the Receiver is fitted with a Pressure Gauge and Handhole. In the case of Vertical Models: Leg Support is provided for easier installation.
DELTA Air Receivers: are installed after Moisture Separators and before Air Filters in case of Wet Air. Due to air expansion and subsequent cooling, the presence of an Air Receiver separates moisture from compressed air. The discharge of the Air Receiver reduces the load on Sub-Micron Filters and Dryers connected downstream. In the case of Dry Compressed Air (i.e. Post Air Dryer), a Dry Receiver is employed to provide for sudden air demand from the Plant. Contact us today for more details and a Quote

The automatic drain valve is completely mechanical in construction without the need for any electrical supply. It is highly reliable based on feedback from over 3,000 installations in India and abroad. The automatic drain does not cause any air loss. Automatic drains are recommended for installation with DELTA Moisture Separators to eliminate moisture without any human intervention. They can also be installed below Air Receivers for eliminating the collected water from compressed air.
