DELTA Gas Conditioning Skids are used to pre-treat the Fuel Gas prior to combustion in a Gas Engine or Gas Turbine. DELTA Gas Conditioning Skids have multiple types of equipment with interconnecting piping and instrumentation. The entire assembly is mounted on a Skid base frame and is easy to install.
The Gas Conditioning Skid serves the purpose of removal of liquid contamination as well as solid contamination from Natural Gas. The Fuel Gas initially enters a Knock Out Drum wherein bulk liquids are separated.
The Knock Out Drum is fitted with either a SS304/SS316 Demister Pad or a Vane Mist Eliminator. When the Fuel Gas exits the Knock Out Drum it is then routed to Coalescing Gas Filters.
There are two Filters in parallel for 100% availability factor during replacement of filter elements. There are fire-safe ball valves installed on the piping in order to valve in / valve out each Filter.

Running two filters side by side keeps the system available at all times. Fire-safe ball valves let one filter be shut off for element replacement while gas continues to flow through the other, so operations are not interrupted.
