We have a design office located in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, India. Our manufacturing facility is located in Khalapur, Raigad, Maharashtra, India. ISO 9001:2015 procedures have been implemented in both locations. SGS approved welding procedure is followed in accordance with ASME Sec IX code. Filter , Separator and Strainer housings are designed based on ASME Sec VIII Div 1 Code. Non destructive testing is carried out on every equipment as per ASME Sec V and approved procedures. Weld radiography is carried out alongwith Dye Penetrant Test as defined in approved Quality Assurance Plan. 100% hydro testing and Paint Dry Film Thickness measurement is carried out before despatch.

Since our inception back in 1994, we have developed a strong supply chain of high quality raw material suppliers and related service providers. We execute projects within the delivery deadline whilst ensuring all Quality Control procedures as defined in approval Quality Assurance. We have successfully executed over 200 projects under various Third Party Inspection Agencies like SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV-NORD, TUV-SUD, DNV, ABS, Germanischer Llyod and IRS.
