Mr. Ajit Kini 

Managing Director

Mr. Ajit Kini holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering from University of Mumbai and a Masters Degree in Nuclear Engineering from The Ohio State University, USA. He worked as a Project Trainee at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre. At BARC Mr. Ajit published his report on “Experimental Determination of Mathematical Model of Liquid Zone Control System Test Setup". His Masters research project was sponsored by Electric Power Research Institute, California. The Masters thesis was titled “Development of a dynamic test methodology for analyzing the effect of radiation on the characteristics of Fabry-Perot optical pressure sensors". He served as a Senior Engineer in the New Product Development Team at a leading communication IC manufacturing company Anadigics. Mr. Ajit published two research papers one on High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing and the other on Nuclear Waste Disposal Methods. Mr. Pankaj Rana

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Pankaj Rana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ranchi University. He has worked as a Project Trainee at National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur (NIT). At NIT he conducted senior research project on Sensing Car in Automobile Engineering field. Further he has successfully completed Vocational Training in Boilers and Structures at Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Koderma. Mr. Rana has successfully attained Level II Qualification of American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT). Mr. Rana has successfully completed over 200 Projects involving complex filtration and separation technologies.
